Very bad experience. Most of the parts were damaged and not working. The customer service was very poor and the treatment was rude. I do not recommend this place.

I was stranded in a very scary part of Chapman Hiway. Told the lady where I was and other wrecker services would not be availabe for 2 or more hours. The lady on the phone at Bakers Wrecker service, said " that was NOT acceptable and someone would be dispatched immediately!" Thank you lady on the phone. Then my hero, Mike showed up from Bakers Wreckers. He was so professional, efficient and fast as this area was hidden around a curve. Bad place to be. Mike was soo very kind and sweet.
