If I could give 6 stars I would! Fantastic place! I needed to get my car fixed before I made a 6.5 hour drive back home, and the mechanics got everything fixed up perfectly for a fair price. I value my car greatly and don’t trust many people to work on her, but they took fantastic care of everything and walked me through all of the steps to the repairs. I had a great experience at baker auto. They fixed and replaced my tire very effectively and for a bargain! Would 10/10 recommend and will be returning for more car services
After talking to Jr (not sure if he is the owner/shop mgr) and another employee... I get the sense that this is one of those genuine auto repair shops. Nestled just outside the Charlotte stadium, odd but a perfect location. Once you walk in, you get that 'Oh yeah... this is the joint. I'm certain they can fix it!'!!!
Baker Auto is so friendly and so helpful! I needed help changing my license plate and they got me in the same day free of charge! I will definitely be back here they are great :)
JR saved my car a few months ago! My car started doing this weird thing while I was driving. It felt really unsafe but no lights were on. I took It to Firestone first because it was closest to where I was. They told me that it was being caused by uneven tread on my back tires, so I bought new tires.
