The office staff is friendly & inviting. The audiologist r equally so. They provide great service. They serve 'fun' along w/ their expertise. They manage to keep my older aides working while I decide if I can afford new ones. I leave here feeling joyful & my hearing is better due to their adjustments.
This is the first time I went to Baker Audiology and was treated as if I was a regular client. You deal straight with the Dr. not a assistant, you get all your questions answered on the day. They don't rush you through. I felt like I was important to them. Best service I have every received in the medical field. Thank you to everyone from the receptionist to the Dr.
I appreciate they took the time to ask questions and are able to clean ears to get a more accurate test result.
