At first I was a little hesitant at first, no one wants to admit they're hearing is going as a sign of aging. Dr. Baker and staff changed all of this for me. Tested, and treated with kindness and respect, I tried the hearing aids and can hear with clarity and it brought me to tears. I didn't realize how bad it was. Libby Benson is incredible! She has helped us to get the correct hearing aids, checked what if any would be paid by insurance company. Very thorough and incredible kind.
Ella was very good explaining what she was doing and I was seeing. Took her time didn't make me feel rushed
So professional and super friendly. I highly recommend them ! ! !
Went back for my 3 month checkup. They cleaned my hearing aids and checked and downloaded hearing aid update. They make sure everything is satisfactory before they let you leave. Like these people a lot.
