so a lady named Shannon that works for them called me back to back and even texting me basically telling me that I have to answer and would not stop this place is a joke and a scam so if I don't answer that means that I don't want nothing to do with it

Extremely disrespectful. Hung up on me while I was being completely professional. Doesn’t seam to like her job one bit and should find another occupation. Had to call corporate to get the information I needed and they were able to get it right away and had her do the paperwork . She was saying that they are covered for 3 days when getting a new car. 3 day coverage is only if you are deleting a vehicle and adding one replacing it. I have held my auto and home insurance with Baker Insurance for years and have been totally satisfied with the support they provide. I have found Baker Insurance to be an excellent insurance company with a solid work ethic who stands behind their policies and provides their clients with all of the necessary information to make informed insurance coverage decisions. Laura is who I work with; she is off-the-charts knowledgeable and amazing to work with!! Cannot say enough great things about this company!!
