Professional and courteous staff, they went out of their way to help me and my less than ideal timeline.
I brought in a gold and pearl necklace that my grandmother purchased for me when I was born, to replace the pearls that were worn and aged. When I left the necklace, I made sure to say that I wanted the pearls to be the exact same size. After 5 weeks, hearing nothing, I called and they said to come pick it up in a couple of days.
