I recently purchased an item from Bakelaar Jewellers and couldn't be happier. The Waterford Lismore Diamond Cocktail Shaker, which I had been searching for quite a while to complete my collection, I finally found here. Due to changes in U.S. customs regulations in August 2025, delivery took longer than expected, but the Bakelaar Jewellers Team kept me informed and did everything possible to make sure I received my package. Professional and courteous staff, they went out of their way to help me and my less than ideal timeline.
I brought in a gold and pearl necklace that my grandmother purchased for me when I was born, to replace the pearls that were worn and aged. When I left the necklace, I made sure to say that I wanted the pearls to be the exact same size. After 5 weeks, hearing nothing, I called and they said to come pick it up in a couple of days. When I did, the pearls were huge compared to the originals.
