Very cute modern hippie vibe great outdoor covered seating. There’s always traffic but the lines move quickly. We ordered the cold brew and smoked salmon omelette with homemade fries everything was tasty 😋! They have some delicious looking homemade pastries.
Baked on Maui is my favorite little coffee shop/Bakery in Haiku. It’s in the Pauwela cannery and I stop by when I’m getting a board repaired, meeting a client, or taking my kids out for a little treat. They love the homemade cinnamon rolls, but they have a ton of other baked goods and breakfast foods made from scratch. The coffee is awesome and you can eat inside or under the covered patio at the picnic tables. Definitely a great stop if you’re in the area!
