We came to Silverthorne, CO for a big family celebration and I happened to find Nicci with Baked in Breck on Google—and I’m SO glad I did! From the very beginning, Nicci was incredibly friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. Nicci did our cake (lemon and coconut) as well as cupcakes for our wedding in July 2026 and all we can say is WOW! They looked absolutely beautiful and were even more delicious. Nicci had wonderful communication and was punctual for set up. Our guests could not stop talking about how amazing the cake and cupcakes were and we barely had any leftover cupcakes or cake (much to my dismay!) Delicious desserts!! We ordered a cake, cupcakes, and cheesecake bites for our wedding and we loved every bit of it! Nicci was really easy to work with, designed our cake exactly as we asked for, and dropped it off to our venue, so we did not have to worry about picking it up. She also has a great selection of gluten free items which was perfect for our gluten free guests. I highly recommend!

If I could leave more than five stars I would! Nicci did such an amazing job with our wedding cake. She made us a lemon cake with raspberry compote and it was SO DELICIOUS. Our guests absolutely loved the vanilla and chocolate cupcakes and are still raving about them days later. She helped make our day so memorable. You’re the best Nicci!!!
