I ordered 150 cupcakes for a pick up in advance. I did not hear anything until the time of the pick up that the order cannot be fulfilled. No one called to make up with other products. They just sent an email without any way to contact the store directly. I would not recommend planning any event with this store. They are NOT RELIABLE. After all, these are just cupcakes but if you do not take your orders seriously, then you should not be in business for it
I knew these were gonna be tiny so I wasnt disappointed but I had been nervous given other reviews on delivery and if something went wrong being able to contact support...luckily no issues...ordered them for my birthday like a day or two ago im a state away and they came in when predicted and I have emails to track them as well so over all first time experience was great...also they are yummy!!!
Scam. I ordered 25 cupcakes to be delivered to my daughter’s dorm. They were never delivered. I had input her phone number as the contact. She was never notified on the number, nor was I through my email that provided, that they were delivered. Instead, they make you download the app called Shop. Thanksgiving Treat. My niece and her family sent my husband and I 25 mini cupcakes. Absolutely delicious and fresh. Enjoying the cupcakes the night before Thanksgiving.
The cupcakes themselves are underwhelming, with a strong artificial flavor and excessively sweet. However, my primary concern is the packaging. We received 30 tiny cupcakes encased in several pounds of non-recyclable plastic, foam, and freezing gel. This excessive packaging is environmentally damaging and will persist in our soil and waterways for centuries. Such unsustainable practices are unacceptable, and businesses that operate this way should reconsider their business model.
