Placed 3- customer orders yesterday. When placing the order I requested a 12/24/25 delivery for 1- of the orders. When I received the confirmation the delivery day was wrong. This was for an event so 12/24 was necessary. Immediately tried live chatting, emailing and calling leaving messages all day. Still have not received a response. Putting aside the fact that I paid a ridiculous amount for bite-size cupcakes that are definitely not worth the money, this is the second consecutive year. I sent my daughter a birthday pack and it was not delivered on time. I scheduled this way in advance and I will never order again. In addition, the customer service was so rude and could care less. Thanks for nothing Melissa. you just lost the customer.
I had a pretty disappointing experience at the Baked by Melissa location in Roosevelt Field Mall. The sales associate, Alejandra, was unfortunately not helpful or welcoming. She seemed uninterested in answering questions and acted like I was bothering her by simply ordering. Customer service is a big part of what makes the Baked by Melissa experience enjoyable, so it was surprising and honestly off-putting. I love the cupcakes, but I left feeling frustrated.
