The 3.9 average review is not surprising. If you notice, Melissa does not respond to her negative reviews because she obviously does not care. I have been a loyal customer for many years and I have reached the end of my rope with the horrendous customer service. If you have an issue the answer is always NO! I drove an hour to go here. It’s really unfortunate because I’ve had baked by Melissa cupcakes at JFK and they were so good. At the mall there was only 6 available flavors and the girl took one batch away because she said they were not edible. The remaining cupcakes I got did not taste fresh at all. They looked and tasted like they were sitting there for a few days. 45$ down the drain did not sit right with me.
The cupcakes are very good! But I wish they'd bring back the whole selection.
