Do Not Order From Baked By Melissa. I don’t care how good there desserts are they embarrassed me by delivering the cupcake at night to my kids school. They were closed and had to call a night custodian to come and get them. I am so mortified. Spare yourself this embarrassment and order from nothing Bundt cakes- they are delicious and deliver when they are supposed to.
Pick a date shipping arrived 2 days late. Promised refund, received nothing. Shop elsewhere! You've been warned!!
I ordered cupcakes to be delivered to a loved one at Hackensack University Medical Center for Valentine’s Day in 2024 and they were delivered successfully. This year I did the same and when Fedex tried to deliver them at 6:45am they marked the business as “closed.” It is a hospital, they are never “closed.” Now the cupcakes are going to wait in a warehouse until FedEx tries to redeliver them on Monday, at which point it will have all been a waste. I’d love to comment on the actual cupcakes, but they are currently languishing in a warehouse in NJ. I’m not sure why they were shipped late afternoon on the 23rd for delivery on the 24th. A gift order I placed after my order for another family has already been received by them two days ago. I understand your company isn’t responsible for shipping delays, but you can’t blame FedEx when you shipped the product late.
