I'd always been curious about ebikes but never treated myself to one... Unit now! I recently won a Badger in a raffle at a local outdoor expo and it's been great so far! Very well packaged and easy to assemble. During assembly, I noticed the pivot pin missing from one of the brake levers and contacted customer service to see if I could purchase one. The people there are totally awesome, fast service on my bike and the girl up front was way helpful...
I had problems from the get go. Had three throttle replacements...due to the friction of riding bumpy roads. It wears through the wires that go into the casing of the throttle. I had to get the motor sent in after 14 months. I had to pay. It was their malfunction from the shop. The warranty only lasts a year..right about when things go wrong. I wouldn't recommend this company. The bike isn't what it is cracked up to be.(I had the storm) Paid about $7000 w/trailer. You'd expect a better product for that price. Do your researc... read more
