The product and service are high level. I’m a big guy with a little brain and I was able to get this ordered, put together, and riding in confidence.
I bought a grizzly after a year of looking. And discussing with the sales people at bakcou. The unit itself is amazing on completely flat ground. I live in iowa which is more flat than not but it is not powerful enough for even the small hills we have here. I definitely feel like it is not advertised appropriately.
I’ve done business with Bakcou several times in the last couple of years. They have always been fantastic!!! I messaged them over a 2 week period. I would ask a questions(s) about the bike I was interested. l always got honest answers. If they didn’t know they would find out. You don’t see that a lot these days. I bought 2 E-bikes from Bakcou in Ogden, UT. Levi and Teague were the 2 guys I talked too. After my wife’s bike a Flatlander 24” Step Through began to not have a mph reading and just die. They were very helpful and sent serval parts for free under warranty and problem was still happening. So then they paid for shipping of bike back to them and are still trying to resolve bike problems. And made me a great offer on another bike like my Step through Mule. That is running great still! The customer service surpasses all the competitors. Truly stand behind there brand. And the bike is amazing. But it’s is very refreshing to see a company today still have the personal customer service.
