I don’t typically post negative reviews, but after more than a year of trying to get this issue resolved, I feel it is important to share our experience. We have two Badger scooters, both a little over a year and a half old. Between the two scooters, we have already gone through five throttle controls, all experiencing the same basic problem. I bought a mule a few months ago and stripped my pedal from crank. My fault but dropped by the Bakcou shop in Ogden yesterday as I was close. Teague was working the front desk and dropped everything to help me out and install a new crank and pedal! Best customer service ever. Thank you!
It has taken me a long time to actually write this. I have ridden these bikes now for over 4 years. The derailers and cassettes have broken multiple times on each of 3 bike's. The warranty is pathetic because they have the hardest time getting the parts out to you.. 2 of the bikes motors have been replaced within 2 years. That also took months to get remedied. I bought both a full size and a step-through Mule for myself and 13yo daughter in April 2020. The step through was barely low enough for her to ride, but she grew into it and my 13 yo son has now been riding it for several years. In 2020 we were living in NM and were looking into buying an ATV for hunting. After scouting typical hunting areas I decided that hauling a trailer and loading/unloading an ATV seemed like it limited things. Great bike I got the storm g2 and did an amazing job going up the steep mountain for 2 hrs straight not stopping . Left a couple friends behind because their engines would warm up and they had to take a break till engine cooled down . I was able to get a buck on my first trip on this bike and it was amazing . Helping haul that deer out with the e-bike was so much easier. Was well worth it
