Place was great. I went to check out the BMW R1300GSA. Dave and the staff answered all my questions with expertise and patience. I highly recommend them.
Purchased a 2025 BMW S1000RR and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and patience! Had a tricky time coming up with the date and time frame to pick up the bike (not from Iowa) and the team was super flexible, responsive, and even showed me a blemish on the tank. “Saw this small blemish and wanted to let you know that we will replace this with a new tank at your break in service.” No one would have ever seen the blemish but the team went over the bike so thoroughly that they caught it and wanted to make sure it wa... read more
I bought a pre-owned Gator from Bak’s last December and it’s been great. Very professional and friendly staff. Buying process was easy and fast. Overall, great company and would do business with them again in a heartbeat.
Excellent dealership. Have bought accessories and a motorcycle from this company in 2020, and they were very professional and helpful. While I had to sell the motorcycle only 6 months after I bought it (due to a broken hip), I would definitely do business with them again in the future. Thought I would update this review- worked with Dave again for a new Bike back in April 2024, and Dave bent over backwards to get me a good deal on a trade, and work out financing on my new BMW motorcycle.
