Delivery driver blocked a 2 way street. Delivery driver asked me to back into a 3 way instead of moving his truck to the appropriate truck delivery location . A whole section at the back of the building “built” for deliveries but he refused. He had to be where patrons park and drive. License plate also obstructed.
