THERE IS NO RATING LOW ENOUGH FOR THESE UNPROFESSIONAL SO-CALLED CATERERS These people RUINED my daughter's wedding!!! I am still in SHOCK! All of the planning and love that went into preparing for her wedding and they showed up 1.5 hours late!!! Guests were starving there was NO food whatsoever! Then they open up BAGGED tortilla chips in front of everyone and served the food in the most HORRID pots and pans and they were dressed in shorts and tee shirts that were not appropriate and their staff stood around and ate OUR wedd... read more

I hired Baja's Tacos And Catering for my 40th Birthday party Saturday November 10th and all 80 guests including me were impressed with the delicious tacos. What also impressed me was that they showed up early and had alot of left overs. Today is my brother invited about 20 of his friends over and they are all enjoying the rest of the left overs and are loving every bite. Thank you Baja Tacos And Catering for keeping my guests happy.

I had contacted this place for my daughter's wedding this past week and what a disaster!!!! They were an hour and a half late leaving me to try to find a caterer with 80 guests already seated and waiting for food! What disorganized unprofessional pieces of Sh-T! to add insult to injury after they finally showed up and I had El Indio racing around to cater the affair (which cost me an additional $150 to cancel after they showed) the help was serving guests and would be eating our food at the same time! Wonderful Catering – The team I am on at my company, had Baja's Tacos and Catering cater our outdoor team meeting. We had it buffet style, and the food was wonderfully fresh, and extremely tasty! The handmade tortillas were warm and light, the carne asada, and pollo was grilled to perfection, pico was chunky and fresh not a sodden mess. The guacamole was creamy spicy goodness! Excellent!! I will hire them again soon! – I was planning a wedding in my backyard on Veterans Day. A friend suggested Baja catering. I contacted them via email and the response was immediate. The price was excellent and they were very accommodating. They showed up on time, they cooked and prepared and served a beautiful buffet of Mexican delicacies. My guests raved about the food! The cost was VERY reasonable.

Really Enjoy The Food!! – I enjoy their food here. I don't know if it's also the same chef cooking as the one in Top Chef this season, but at least I like the super fast way they get the food out to you, without feeling hurried. More accurately, I think I should say that the food comes out in successions, at the perfect timing.

Best Ever! – I had never catered a event until now. For my sons Middle school Graduation. I was very pleased with the service that was given to me and my family. The food was exceptional and freshly made. I give this Catering Service the best reviews ever.

mrs I hired Bajas Tacos & Catering for my mom's 60th birthday party. From the moment of my first contact with them, I could tell this was a business that took pride in what they did. Upon seeing the preparation and trying the food I can honestly say that I, as well as my guests were blown away by how delicious everything was. It was as if my own mother had made this fabulous meal but without the stress and clean up. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
