The service is one of the worst. The technicians don't give a satisfactory and clear answer, and the spare parts take too long to get delivered and the customer care and service is poor and unsatisfactory.

I recently had my bike serviced at this service center. Just four days after the service, I checked the engine oil level and found it was **below the minimum mark** on the dipstick. This is disappointing because checking and filling the engine oil to the correct level is a basic part of a routine service. I reported the issue to the service center, but instead of inspecting the bike or addressing my concern, I was told that it is "normal" for the oil level to be below the minimum guideline.
