My experience with Tripur Bajaj, Bilaspur has been very disappointing. From bike servicing to the finance process, I faced a lot of problems. The service quality was poor, communication was not satisfactory, and the overall customer experience was disappointing. I expected much better service from a Bajaj dealership. I would strongly suggest that the management improve both the service department and finance process and pay more attention to customer concerns.
I have book the chetak 1 month ago they said they give in 1 week but when I call they just deny that we not have stock and always not confirm when I get the slot and when I went showroom slot is available and they said I have to purchase Tommorow and when we went to purchase we patiently waiting for 3hr no one asked for water and just poor servicing and no timing for costumer
