Very bad service and they don’t know how to talk with customer

Worst experience, bad attitude of staff. Service staff stays busy without work and doesn't start doing service. It took me 5 hours to get my motorbike's service started. Really bad experience.
☆☆☆☆ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣਾ Bajaj Chetak EV Meher Agency, Rajpura ਤੋਂ ਖਰੀਦਿਆ ਸੀ। ਸਕੂਟਰ ਦੀ ਇੰਸ਼ੋਰੈਂਸ ਵੀ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹੀ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਲਗਭਗ ਸਾਢੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਸਕੂਟਰ ਦਾ ਐਕਸੀਡੈਂਟ ਹੋਇਆ। ਮੈਂ ਸਕੂਟਰ ਏਜੰਸੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਪਾਰਟਸ ਮੰਗਵਾ ਕੇ 15 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਪਰ ਅੱਜ ਤੱਕ ਮੇਰਾ ਸਕੂਟਰ ਠੀਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਮੈਂ ਪੰਜ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਵਾਰ ਏਜੰਸੀ ਦੇ ਚੱਕਰ ਲਗਾ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਹਾਂ। ਹਰ ਵਾਰ ਕੋਈ ਨਾ ਕੋਈ ਨਵਾਂ ਬਹਾਨਾ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ—ਕਦੇ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਪਾਰਟਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਏ, ਕਦੇ ਸਰਵੇਅਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਤੇ ਕਦੇ ਹੋਰ ਕੋਈ ਕਾਰਨ ਦੱਸ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਗਾਹਕ ਨੂੰ ਸਹੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ... read more
