- Janet really knows her stuff on cutting mens hair,which is rare. She takes care of the ears,eyebrows and used a straight razor on the neck.I never received a thorough cut like that. I felt comfortable there and the atmosphere was contemporary.I have tried other places in Hebron and nothing has compared to the service and product quality.
