Luis and his team at Baja Rooter did a great job diagnosing and fixing a persistent drain issue at my home. He was dispatched through my home warranty (ORHP) and was one of the better contractor experiences I've had through that program. I was referred to Baja Rooter through our Home Warranty after our water heater broke. Silviano and Jose were prompt, easy to work with, and efficient. They were able to replace our water heater, make sure it was up to code, and we’re a fair price. We will be using them for plumbing issues moving forward.
Been more than two days. Still waiting for a call back for a leak I have in my home. Only reason why I haven’t gone with someone else is because my insurance chose them. Left multiple voicemails and even texted Silvano that tried to schedule and appointment with me.
Silvano and Jose did an excellent job cleaning out my mainline stoppage. They were very efficient! My warranty company, Old Republic, dispatched them. I would definitely use Baja Rooter again.
