Hey Friend. Thought this should go viral! I am at the El Baka Ranch Market in Monrovia CA. I was appalled as I walked in and saw that rice and other basic essentials are being gouged. Rice was 59 cents a pound and now it’s 1.99 a pound. And other items are similar. I called the manager out and she said it was the owners. So I ask; isn’t it against some sort of standard or law to have this happen? I can say the manager started to remove the prices almost immediately.
