Keenan and the guys are awesome. They took amazing care of my 21’ MB Sprinter 2500 4x4. From first interactions to getting the vehicle back, all of it was top notch. Suspension work, wheels/tires, etc. all of it done to a high level and very efficiently. There’s nothing more to say than it’s an amazing experience across the board. I would highly recommend them and will use them again 100%
Just had my 3rd truck lifted with wheels and tires with the team at Baja HQ...they always go out of their way to deliver quality products and service!
The customer service and the professional atmosphere was the best. Had a front lift on our Promaster which included Bilstein struts, Sumo coil springs along with the 1 1/2" lift kit. Baja HQ completed the installation in a timely - professional manner- could not be happier- if you want your work done right with great customer service this is the place
Disappointing experience. Had a simple service take from opening to almost closing (8AM until 4PM) not sure how an alignment took 6 hours but the unprofessional communication and expensive bill left a bad taste. Seems like this place is only good for those dropping $15K on their raptors that get garaged when it rains
