FRESH, delicious burritos This place is SOOO good. The food is so fresh and tasty. They have a nice variety on the menu ranging from tacos, to burritos to salads and more. Once you order, you take your food to the 'salsa bar' and can add your own salsa and 'toppings'. They have several fresh salsas to choose from. Portions are large, prices are reasonable - around $6 for a main dish.
Yummy and Relatively fast Baja Fresh is just yummy! Not horribly priced either. Everything is fresh to order. None of that food that has been obviously sitting under a heat lamp for days for this place. Fresh Salsa, and Guacamole. I love the shrimp fajita. Only down side is due to food being fresh, sometimes you have a 10 to 15 minute wait for your food when it is busy, but the taste of the food makes up for it!
My Favorite "fast" food Baja provides a quality meal in a fairly short amount of time. All of the food is made fresh, even the beans. Nothing sits in pots and pans all day. They are relatively inexpensive, for what is provided. The size of their bean and cheese burrito (add chicken) rivals that other "taco" place of mission style proportions.
