We're from Texas, so we only got to try this place once while on vacation. It was worth the long walk, Baja Fresh didn't disappoint us. It's almost like Bullritos and Subway put together. You choose from a taco, burrito or salad. Everything is homegrown and cooked...well, fresh. The staff seemed efficient and friendly while making your order in front of you. Our food was still hot when served to us. My chicken burrito was evenly portioned and had some spice. It's too bad we don't have a Baja Fresh anywhere in back home.

A great burrito stop to indulge in the senses. Had fresh pico de gallo with sweet onions and cilantro. Tasty ingredients incorporated into a tortilla. Jam packed with flavor and tantalizing taste bud citrus type enhancements. The beans and rice with the meat melted in my mouth. A melding of good items converged into a combination of uncharted eats unmatched by other places. This is one of numerous locations serving meat and vegetables with so much more for a bargain. I was happy to see a place open until 2am. I arrived around 1:05am. There were a couple people in booths but the chairs were all up. I told the cashier I was showing the place is open until 2, and asked if they were still open. “Yes we’re still open.” Great! I order shrimp tacos. “Sorry sir, we don’t have shrimp right now.” Very well then, cheese nachos. “Sorry, our oven is off, we can’t cook nachos.” Fine. Wirklich schlechtes Essen mit kleinen Portionen und sehr teuer. Absolut keine Empfehlung. Genügend alternativen zum Glück auch vorhanden
