I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt when i saw the 2.7 stars but I quickly learned that the low reviews were right. I hired them to do some work on a mini split a few weeks ago because they were recommend by a friend. Everything was working well for a couple of weeks, the guy that came out was nice and seemed to have done a good job. Unfortunately it doesnt seem that the problem was fully fixed.
