I signed up for 2 months to get some color for my son's wedding. Jess gave me a tour of the facility and explained all of my options. She was really upbeat and very patient answering all of my questions. I had not been in a tanning bed in 20 years. All of my visits were positive, everyone was super nice and helpful. I would definitely return for another special event. I was very happy with the color I achieved.
This location cares more about their numbers than the customer experience. I tried transferring my active Texas PBT membership to this PA franchise location because they didn’t have access to my account in their database each time I came in & would let other customers go ahead of me. Instead of letting me transfer stores they were forcing me to set up a new membership with a cc & treating me as they were doing me a favor to use their location as if I wasn't already a paying member.
