I signed up for 2 months to get some color for my son's wedding. Jess gave me a tour of the facility and explained all of my options. She was really upbeat and very patient answering all of my questions. I had not been in a tanning bed in 20 years. All of my visits were positive, everyone was super nice and helpful. I would definitely return for another special event. I was very happy with the color I achieved.
This location cares more about their numbers than the customer experience. I tried transferring my active Texas PBT membership to this PA franchise location because they didn’t have access to my account in their database each time I came in & would let other customers go ahead of me. Instead of letting me transfer stores they were forcing me to set up a new membership with a cc & treating me as they were doing me a favor to use their location as if I wasn't already a paying member. Great service, friendly staff.
Horrible experience. Manager was beyond rude and doesn’t stand up to their word. Product washed out immediately and didn’t even bother to help out. Spent over $200 here for something that didn’t even work. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AND DON’t SPEND YOUR MONEY
The women here are so sweet and pleasant to talk to every time that I come in. Take care of business and are there to answer any questions that I have. My only recommendation would be to let the customer know when the bed they are going to has a spray mist of water throughout the tan. I upgraded to a different bed over the weekend and had my ear buds in like I usually do and the bed started spraying water out.
