I brought my daughter here hoping for a positive first experience, but unfortunately, the management made that impossible. The way she was treated, with unnecessary attitude and zero professionalism was incredibly disappointing. It’s one thing to have a long day, but there’s no excuse for being rude, especially to young customers who are just trying to ask questions or learn the process. A little patience and kindness would go a long way. We won’t be returning EVER.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel like others should know what to expect. I visited Palm Beach Tan hoping for a professional and relaxing experience, but unfortunately it missed the mark. First, the staff felt more like salespeople than wellness professionals. I was immediately upsold on lotions, and upgrades before I’d even had a chance to get comfortable or understand what I needed. They don't save your information for your card so I lost my card got a new card they did not save the information and they wanted to charge me the $10 extra after I'd been tanning she didn't tell me the day before and the next day they tell me this isn't the first time it happened.And then they tell u to call the COO. She doesn't return calls.so, figure if they do this to a few ppl per month. HUM...
