What a disaster.. Went to go for a tan before work, Was told to get in bed number 8. Put all my lotion on and went to turn it on and no minutes had been put on it. Called the intercom and she said oops you’re in 9. Get dressed and pay 5 dollars more or change to 9. Changed to bed 9 and the bed didn’t work. She then said just wait there for a while till I call my manager…. So I left and won’t be back. Not one apology just poor customer service.
Great customer service! The tanning bed was amazing
Had horrible reaction to the sugar based spray tan. Called to cancel my membership and they said to call customer number and told me to take Benadryl. These Yong ladies need to be well trained and have a certified training consultant license. I have diabetes and other nerve conditions and was affected by this Salon.
Palm Beach Tan has been the best salon hands down. The facility is clean. The ladies are professional and extremely knowledgeable of their products. Everyone is always welcomed into the salon like family.
