WHEN YOU HIRE A LAW FIRM YOU WANT ONE WHO WILL BE ABLE TO TALK TO YOU. AND CONVERSE WITH YOU. THIS IS THE POOREST LAW FIRM I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFETIME. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE NEEDING ASSISTANCE. AND I WAS ONCE AN ATTORNEY MYSELF. I HAD HUMAN BEINGS ON THE PHONE NOT MACHINES. HOW VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
