I can't praise brillliant jewellery designer Lee and his lovely, caring team highly enough. Lee not only designed a beautiful engagement ring to use the diamonds and gold of my old ring that had lost its side diamond, he also developed an innovative way to open it up so it can be instantly removed and reattached without struggling over my large knuckles, plus it no longer spins. I went to 4 jewellers before Baivina to see if they could fix my bracelet (even went to the place I got it from) and none of them said they could fix it. Came to Baivina and the lovely man instantly said that he could. While he went to the back to fix my bracelet, another associate brought me a cup of water which was super nice and we had a lovely chat. After 5 minutes, my bracelet was fixed and he didn’t even charge me! Such an amazing, welcoming and caring place. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much Baivina!!!
