They have had my chair since December and have not returned a single one of my calls to let me know when it would be ready. It took several calls to get back the last set of chairs I sent with them. They do nice work at a good price but it’s not worth it because you can’t get your stuff back! I’d love a call back so I can get my chair returned please!
