Never buy from this company. I recently ordered a product from them, they issue a fine print disclaimer saying they don't guarantee item condition. however they don't tell you the reason for this is they're going to throw fragile items loose in a box. it would be another thing if they even remotely tried to handle the items responsibly. they do this so they can handle your items like **** and assume 0 responsibility. my items showed up damaged to the point they are worthless. this was probably the most negligent handling of ... read more
Do not order clothing online from this store. The hoodie I ordered had glue covering the inside of it, in the torso and sleeves, and the screenprint ink faded off after one wash and there was a string underneath the screenprint, obviously was not cleaned before the printing process and shipped to me. They're refusing to accept a return, refund, or exchange, have filed a fake phone number, do not reply to support emails, and playing dumb on PayPal resolution center.
I purchased items from BAITme.com and the next day they said that they were unable to process my order because my billing and shipping info is different, they attempted to delivery but was unable to or their company was unable to verify my address. BAITme.com asked me to reconfirm my purchase by sending them a picture of my driver's license, a picture of my credit card and an updated billing address. This is the worst company I've ever done business with. I never received the product that I bought and I was never refunded or shipped a new one. Somehow, I was told that Baitme fully agreed that I never received my item and still did nothing about it. I'm beyond appalled that this company is even in business.
I placed an order on January 24th. The shipping information was filled out incorrectly so I requested help and a phone call via their phone number. I have since found out their phone number is phony and does not work, and they told me I had to wait for the item to be returned, then pay an additional $10 to have it reshipped. This is a birthday gift, so I did it instead of making a fuss. They have since shipped it incorrectly again and refuse to help me get it redirected and are trying to force me to wait to have it returned ... read more
