Initial work was acceptable and would have earned a rating of "4" ... would not have been a 5 because they were one pallet short of grass and had to install a different type of grass in one area ... which was "okay" because I had a specific area which could accommodate it. Their "follow-up" earns a rating of "2". I asked for a simple follow-up review, 6 mos after installation, on how to deal with some patches that did not take, plus to discuss winter fertilizing.
