Thankyou to everyone who treated and looked after me from Early 3.30am too almost 5.00pm last Friday 12th July 2024. Staff there did everything possible to quickly diagnose then treat the Kidney Stone and infection I had on my Right side. Still even now I'm in a fair bit of pain at times like early this morning when I almost came back in, but I think it's slowly getting better. Lot of nice friendly and caring people work in that department:)

I was travelling through Bairnsdale on holidays and felt ill. I attended the ED and from the front reception to ALL the staff especially the nursing staff and doctors were nothing but GREAT and professional. Without being over dramatic they actually saved my life. They never left my side and you could see their great concern. They then arranged to fly to Melbourne for surgery. THANK YOU ALL at Bairndale Hospital you caring and supportive, and I will forget your help.

I wanted to express my gratitude for my care when i visited the emergency department last night. With it being the holiday period I knew I was in for a wait. I was seen by Emily at triage and she was delightful. She had a full waiting room and who knows how many patients already being treated. She was efficient, friendly and still took the time to have a quick chat. I learned that it had been an out of the ordinary busy shift and Emily hadn't had a chance to have her dinner.
