Got a bed for my mum ,paid alot of money and 1 month in her remote goes ,they come out and said we will have to order one ... 6 months we have been ringing ,for excuse after excuse. First call they didn't even know what I was talking about and said oh sorry his left but we will sort it , second call played dumb again . 3rd call again says we will get on to it asap ... I haven't tried for now 5 weeks cause it's nothing but stress .we got the bed as my mum can't get out of it with out me helping her ...and that's doing damage ... read more
While the products are wonderful it would be nice if the staff actually worked instead of sitting in the office while customers and clientele helped themselves to products. They seem to not really care about anyone with disabilities. Most people I have spoken to have had to drive to Sale, Victoria, just to get service from people that understand the wants and needs of their clients.
We purchased two E-bikes. Quality of bikes is fantastic we are so happy with them. Shane was eager and happy to help his understanding and knowledge was outstanding. Bikes were delivered to our home Shane adjusted them to our needs and gave a full rundown of how to use and look after our bikes correctly. Highly recommend. Employee of the year
