This was my family practice for years. Been away for 20 years serving my country in the defence force. Moved back, Bairnsdale Medical Group refusing to see me as a “new patient” even though I grew up using this practice. Great was to treat your veterans.
Called for an appointment whenever they had availability, was rushed and patronised, asked for a phone appointment to make things easier and was met with a harsh tone and condescending attitude. I am incredibly disappointed and very very dissatisfied with the customer treatment ESPECIALLY if one is ill or low on proper medication. And before I could get a word in about the information for the appointment for three days later or if they had anything at all, I was hung up on.
