We had a problem with our tub door not opening whilst we were travelling interstate and decided we should try to get Mazda to look at it. We turned up at Mazda Bairnsdale early on a Friday morning without a booking, hoping they would be able to help or at least let us make a booking for later that morning. Without hesitation they told us to leave the ute with them and they would look at it ASAP.
