Good family business, helpful, easy to talk to.
Bairnsdale Marine Pty Ltd charged us over $8000 up front to supply and fit a new 40 HP Yamaha motor to our boat. No motor was ever ordered from Yamaha, who are not interested in helping, other than confirming that our motor was never ordered. What followed was months of lies, stories of incorrect motor being supplied by Yamaha, waiting and waiting for the correct replacement moto ( that was clearly not coming) they have now closed and taken our money.
