Got caught out in Bairnsdale with faulty tail lights on my caravan. Called in and asked if any chance of getting them fixed as I needed them for registration. They went out of their way to get them fixed from sourcing new ones and fitting, all within a couple of hours. Can't express my thanks enough. 1st class service from a 1st class business.
Outstanding service! I was stressing as I thought I had damaged my battery charger on my campervan whilst traveling. I was told to give BAE a call and Donna was super friendly and said I could drop in on the day. Norm diagnosed and also fixed the issue on the spot, as well as fixed a dodgy fuse in my set up and gave me some great camping tips, all at an great price. What an amazing team, unfortunately great customer service is hard to hard to come by in this industry in my experience but it can certainly be found here!! ☺️
