I'm sorry to say but I cannot recommend BairdsAC. Here is my setup. I have an 1800 square foot house, 2 floors. He installed one 5 ton unit into the property for the builder during construction. I bought the house brand new. I noticed it was always really humid in the house, and it made me worry about mold and sure enough I was seeing mold forming after about a year of owning.
