I couldn't recommend Ben Burnett and his staff at BCSW ENOUGH! Genuinely one of the nicest people I have ever met, and an amazing attorney.
We where referred to B,C,Snw lawfirm by a seasoned attorney. We actually received an amateur associate who acted as he knew Texas real estate law. In fact , he was not well versed in real estate law . Point ,one, he had us doing all the foot work while charging $300 an hour. While dragging his feet. So the out come was he charged us 10,000 and we where no better off 10 months in ,then when we walked in the front door. I won't even start on communication because it was all one sided.
