Horrible experience!!!Took my car to get plugged. I watched the help break the bead and gash the rim several times. When I questioned about it, the owner Steve, said the worker denied it. I then over heard a coversation with Steve and the worker, who the worker admitted that there tire machine did gash and scrape the wheel. Of course, Steve still refused to do anything about it. Horrible business ethics!!!
I took a heavy equipment tire here one time for a plug. They left me standing outside in the cold rain with it forever while the goober inside was doing something that could have waited. I put my tire back in my truck and left. They are not the only place around who does big tires.
These folks are great! Bottom line: They got the job done that no one else could! I would highly recommend Baird and Rudolph. The folks there are great people. The job got done right away. And the price was very competitive!

Great company I went to this shop a couple of times when I worked in the area to get new tires put on my car. They honored a deal I found on the internet which is why I went to them originally. They did a good job installing the tires that I ordered, and they sold me durable products. The sales staff was pleasant and eager to accomodate me. They run pretty good sales on a regular basis as well. I have since recommended them to several friends who have all been satisfied with their service.
