I couldn't be more impressed with the service from Fisher with Baird Pools! They showed up on time, were professional and courteous, and did an exceptional job cleaning my pool. The water has never looked better – crystal clear and perfectly balanced. They took the time to explain what they did and even gave me tips to keep things maintained between visits. It’s clear they care about doing quality work and making sure their customers are happy. Highly recommended!
When we bought our home, the pool looked like something out of Shrek’s backyard, murky, green, and suspicious haha. As a new pool owner, I’ve had a lot to learn about maintenance, and the Baird team has been incredibly informative and helpful throughout the process. I’d like to take a moment to recognize our regular maintenance technician, Josh. He is always willing to share valuable insights on pool upkeep and important considerations. At one point, he even helped us identify a leak in our auto-fill system that had been caused by freezing weather. Fisher came out to our house this morning, and he was AWESOME. We've been battling programming issues on our pool since it was installed. He was the first technician to spend the time to not only fix the problem, but educate us on what was wrong, and how to deal with it in the future. Super knowledgable, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable with all the work. Can't say enough good things about Fisher and the work that Baird Pools does!
