We had a problem with our pool, and Baird pools came to the rescue! Tyler and Fisher came to our house as scheduled, arrived on time, showed us what the problem was with our pump, and promptly fixed it for us! They were courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. Super grateful you guys came out when you said you would come out!

The water has never looked better – crystal clear and perfectly balanced. They took the time to explain what they did and even gave me tips to keep things maintained between visits. When we bought our home, the pool looked like something out of Shrek’s backyard, murky, green, and suspicious haha. I’d like to take a moment to recognize our regular maintenance technician, Josh. He is always willing to share valuable insights on pool upkeep and important considerations.
