Worst experience I have ever had with housing. Every contractor but one broke something or performed terrible craftsmanship. Nearly 8k in cost incurred by mistakes by there contractors. Not to mention it was a lot model that was supposed to be done in 4 months 7 months later we still have water damaged trim, different colored wall outlets, holes everywhere, trim falling and just overall trash workmanship, rivers in our yard from "rough back fill" a 1/4" of mud under our house on top of the plastic vapor barrier broken and un... read more

Rick is amazing! He made the impossible possible for me and my family! He even answered after hour calls to help me when I needed. Id recommend him 1000 times.
