My wife and I recently went to Baird leesburg to look at a new home we currently have a home and property all paid for but wanted to upgrade pulling up the sales lady was walking out with another couple so we thought while she's busy we will go look at some homes we walked in was looking around for a few minutes and a Gentleman came in one of the other salesman looked at us with confused look, asked why we're in there ask how we got in I said we walked in and he scolded us and said normally people come to the office they jus... read more
I didn't quite feel like I really got anything out of visiting this place. They didn't show us anything that was in our budget. They showed us homes on their computer screen but I can do that from home. I'm guessing bc we didn't look like we could afford anything higher. It could be they were trying to stay in our budget but why not show us homes there in our budget but maybe not everything we wanted. I just didn't care for this place. I met with Shaleea and she was very kind and energetic. I went multiple times and never once did I feel I was bothering her with my questions or wanting to see the houses again. I hope to work with her soon on getting my new home.
Spent 3 hours here, they said they would call us with updates. Never called. Also set up another appointment which was not kept. Cannot recommend. I gave a star for being friendly but otherwise it was a waste of time.
My husband and I are currently just looking at homes for our future. Most places wont even speak to you if you mention you are just looking. Dave Williams made us feel very welcomed, and showed all the possibilities. He was very informative and a huge pleasure to speak with. If you are ready to buy, or just currently looking, I highly recommend coming here and speaking with Dave!
