Very nice and knowledgeable company.
My wife and I stopped by to look at manufactured homes because we're planning to purchase about three homes for our family compound. We tried to look at one of the model homes, but it was locked. The only manufactured home place that as we stopped in made u feel uncomfortable. Wanted us to set in office immediately. And know our budget. And we chose not to sit down. The manager said we made him feel uncomfortable. When we felt uncomfortable. Went with us to look at home. Followed us in every room. We were just looking at options. They have builder in Tenn. But we will stick with our country folk at Clayton Homes. We have toured in 3 states. First one we felt uncomfortable with.

It could be they were trying to stay in our budget but why not show us homes there in our budget but maybe not everything we wanted. I just didn't care for this place. As soon as we walked in I felt out of place. I think I would rather go somewhere else than... read more
