Was very impressed with the Baird Rep. When I called the office, I was able to set up an appointment immediately. The Baird Rep, Hunter, showed up on time. After measuring the driveway and providing an estimate, he gave me his private phone number. I have been in communication and he immediately answers all texts. Highly recommend.
My experience to date with Baird Foundation Repair First name initials used to keep it from being personal but Baird should be able to confirm. Almost 7 months ago now I met with Baird representative (Mr T). He measured the elevations of the home floor and perimeter distance of the house. He drew up a contract which included piers and polyfill as well as some floor board removal to put in 3 needed piers in the middle of the house. I agreed and paid deposit. My friend signed a contract with Baird with a lot of confidence. Once she signed, she was treated poorly. She needed some clarification on when everything would get started. During a phone call with family, herself and an associate with Baird, they were treated like children and spoken to rudely and unprofessionally. After getting a bad taste, she wanted to go ahead and cancel with them. Mind you at this point, NOTHING has been done. No dates scheduled, nothing.
