Very professional and listens well. Brenda had just had knee surgery and was back to work within weeks. She has helped me in many ways.
I was preferred to this counselor through EAP and traveled an hour to this location for help that I did not receive. Dr. Baird was not able to assist me with my issues at all. More importantly, neither she or her assistant Taylor offered another appointment but we're both willing to file a claim through EAP. Therefore, I have been referred to another counselor for assistance that I need.
