I had a membership and my car was still not clean after the was. In the past they let me go back thru. Thus time they said no when I asked to speak to the mgr he yelled at me and told me had not had a day off in 2 weeks and would gladly cancel my membership. The girl at the both told me they did not need my money, they have plenty of business
I’ve had the membership for at least three months. The last two weeks they have not tried to scrub the bugs off! Their employees say the bugs are in the paint! So after trying the second location in Waco I was told the same thing! Yet no one even scrubbed the bugs! I will be dropping my membership if and when I can get someone to answer the phone! Paid $15 for a car wash that didn't even clean my wheels. I drove back through and asked them to clean my wheels and tires. The employee wiped down my tires but left my wheels dirty. Very disappointed and feel like I got ripped off. I will not spend my money at Baird brothers car wash again.
The one in Bellmead is getting ridiculously slow. Every time I go lately they are backed up due to machine or staff!!!
