I reached out in April to see if they service the Soda Springs Idaho area for drilling a well. I followed up trying to reach them again in July 2026 and they are extremely unprofessional, never call back or respond to messages, voicemails or texts. I had to go with a different company to drill my well because I couldn't even get them to call me back or respond to my requests for a quote.

Austin was great to work with. He kept us informed about the progress even when things didn’t line up. He took our opinions into consideration and was honest with us. He was very knowledge and made the process easy to understand/follow.

Austin with Bair Well Drilling was perfect to Work with in a very Challenging and unpredictable profession. When he missed target dates for drilling, he was always very conscientious to notify me and assure me that he was mindful of my job. Every bit of progress he made he reported to me to keep me informed. I am very grateful to him for the 760 foot well he drilled for us, and the water Is substantial.
