Dr Krenz was great to work with. The office staff was kind and informative. We received clear pricing information. We did not have any surprise costs. Dr Krenz was very respectful of our billable time. I would recommend them to others.

I will never do business with this office again. They were very misleading about the cost and pricing for testing gor my son and when I called to discuss the discrepancy we were informed that if our call went over 10 minutes with the psychologist it would be a billable hour. The office manager was absolutely misleading and only provided an empty apology.

If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. My husband, Robert Hackney, was briefly a patient. Dr. Bair and his staff misled us as the pricing of initial assessments and appointments, and charged us nearly $500 for something they said would cost $230. We will never do business with this group again, and we would recommend others stay away from them as they are not transparent about costs and obviously engage in predatory pricing schemes.
