My husband had testing done here recently and it really wasn't the best experience. No one could give us even a remotely close number to how much it was going to cost, we got 3 different numbers from his visits ($1,200, $400, $1,700) and yes insurance is weird and you never know what youre going to get but these “good faith estimates” were not even remotely close. Dr Krenz was great to work with. The office staff was kind and informative. We received clear pricing information. We did not have any surprise costs. Dr Krenz was very respectful of our billable time. I would recommend them to others.

I will never do business with this office again. They were very misleading about the cost and pricing for testing gor my son and when I called to discuss the discrepancy we were informed that if our call went over 10 minutes with the psychologist it would be a billable hour. The office manager was absolutely misleading and only provided an empty apology.
