I had a great experience with Dr. Bains and the entire staff. They are extremely professional yet friendly, making each visit very comfortable. Most rude doctor over here he didnt how to talk to patients
Hi I want to share my experience here that I experienced couple of time and now I have left them permanently. Reception is so bad ,rude and unprofessional. They also misguide you and I made wrong glasses! I hope management will look into this matter and if they would reach me I can share more things
I was referred by the walk in clinic across the street, for a suspected corneal abrasions. I did in fact have a corneal abrasion as well as an eye infection. Dr bains was so unbelievably kind & professional and knew exactly what was wrong a dhow to fix it. The receptionist were absolutely lovely& extremely knowledgeable
Dr. Bains is very knowledgeable and careful about his patients. He always listen carefully and takes his time. No rush with patient.
