We have LOVED the patient care from Dr. Bains and the rest of the staff! They have been amazing with easing my son’s worries about getting an expander and have made the process seamless. My 8 year said “10/10 for Dr. Bains! Would definitely recommend!” 🥰 He can’t wait for his “after” picture!
I absolutely love this place! My daughter’s braces journey will be coming to an end in a few months and she is so sad she won’t see the staff members or have her braces. They’ve truly made her feel confident with her smile and every appointment the staff are so kind I still encourage anyone who’s thinking about braces to go here
Our first visit was great! Doctor established a connection while still being quick and efficient. Support team was wonderful and clearly explained all insurance and payment options, even going above and beyond to ensure we got a response from secondary insurance so we knew total cost before leaving the office. The fact that they had a binder of school calendars to assist with scheduling next appointment was a very nice touch.
My daughter Arya goes here for her braces and the staff are always so sweet and kind and we have had a great experience with them 100 % recommend them for your braces needs
